Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Finiteck ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
Description of Service
Finiteck is a personal finance management tool that helps users:
- Track recurring expenses
- Receive AI-generated savings suggestions
- Monitor potential and achieved savings
The app stores all data locally on your device and does not require an internet connection for core functionality.
Subscriptions and Payments
Free Trial
Finiteck offers a 7-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, you have full access to all app features. No payment is required to start the trial.
Subscription Plans
After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription:
- Monthly: €3.99 per month, billed monthly
- Annual: €39.99 per year, billed annually
Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency in the App Store.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Your payment method is charged through your Apple ID account. We do not have access to your payment details.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select Finiteck
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
Refunds
Refund requests must be made through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund according to Apple's policies.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when entering expenses
- Use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app
- Maintain the security of your device and data
Financial Disclaimer
Important: Finiteck provides general financial guidance and suggestions only. The app and its creators:
- Are not financial advisors, banks, or licensed financial institutions
- Do not provide personalized financial advice
- Do not guarantee any specific savings results
- Are not responsible for financial decisions you make
Savings suggestions are generated by rule-based algorithms comparing your expenses to general benchmarks. Actual savings depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, provider availability, and your personal circumstances.
Always consult a qualified financial professional before making important financial decisions.
Intellectual Property
The Finiteck app, including its design, code, content, and features, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy or redistribute any part of the app
- Create derivative works based on the app
- Use Finiteck branding without written permission
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Finiteck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
- We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding any claim
Data and Privacy
Your use of Finiteck is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle (or rather, don't handle) your data. By using the app, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
Termination
You may stop using Finiteck at any time by deleting the app from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service for violations of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
For significant changes, we will notify users through the app or via App Store update notes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of your country of residence. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of your place of residence.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
